Rob is a Limerick born freelance strategy consultant with many years experience in communications, market research and financial services with Merrill Lynch, Paddy Power, Wealth Insights and Pegasus Creative. He is currently setting up a Limerick based research company. He attended Crescent College following in the footsteps of Richard Harris. A long time fan of Richard Harris and with a deep interest in the arts, Rob is the currently working on a five year plan for the Richard Harris International Film Festival. He is confident the festival will continue to attract Irish Film-makers living abroad.  Rob recently set up Emerald Giant Productions with Sylvia & Zeb Moore and there are several short films and productions already in post and pre production.

Originally from Dublin, moved to the West of Ireland in 2000 and very soon after became involved in the acting scene in Limerick.  Since moving he has acted in T.V. series for RTE and TG4, appeared in feature length films, short movies and web series.  Constantly involved with theatre whether, acting, producing, directing or teaching Zeb set up “Magic Roundabout Theatre” with writer and actor Darren Maher.  Zeb has performed most recently in his one man show “Spinal Krapp” written by Darren Maher.  Spinal Krapp has toured extensively since 2010.  He has also appeared on stage at the Electric Picnic, Body and Soul and 10 Days in Dublin Festival.  He has been involved with acting, theatre and film for since 2003.  He hails from a family heavily immersed in the Irish entertainment business; his uncle Butch was Ireland’s first representative in the Eurovision Song contest, 1963, his father is world renowned session musician Des Moore – Riverdance, Celtic Women, his brother Paul plays bass guitar for Van Morrison and just recently his young cousin has joined Niall Horan’s band on tour.  Zeb recently set up Emerald Giant Productions with Rob Gill and Sylvia Moore and there are several short films and productions already in post and pre production.

Currently Administrator for EnviroPlastics Ireland and Magic Roundabout Theatre Company, Sylvia’s initial administration experience was gained in the Circuit Court Office in Naas & Kildare Youth Services, where she was manager of the Youth Information Office.  As well as managing the office this varied work included volunteer training courses, teaching multimedia to early school leavers, organising the annual KYS Canal Festival fundraiser, weekend workshops for the Youth Projects and the compilation of a Directory of Services for Naas town.  Moving to Limerick 18 years ago she has been involved with various committees, mainly in the soccer world and has also sat on the board of Limerick 37 FC.  Her first experience “on set” was in the 2003 Feature length film “Somebody’s daughter” by Fade to Black Films.  Sylvia has worked with Quarry Players Limerick creating props and costumes.  Sylvia has also been quietly involved with many short- film, festival and web-series projects in the city since taking up residence in the Mid West on both a creative and administrative level.

Jared Harris

Jared Harris was born in London, England. He is the son of Irish actor Richard Harris and Welsh actress Elizabeth Harris (Elizabeth Rees), and brother of Damian Harris and Jamie Harris. Despite his lineage, Jared showed little interest in becoming an actor, until he was cast in a college production while attending North Carolina’s Duke University (USA), where he studied drama and literature, in the early 1980s.

Jared has an extensive Theatrical CV and many awards for this theater work.  In 1996, he won recognition by playing famous pop artist Andy Warhol in I Shot Andy Warhol (1996).  After that success, Jared has gone on to many independent films, with a few titles being: Natural Born Killers (1994), Smoke (1995), Happiness (1998), How to Kill Your Neighbor’s Dog (2000), Igby Goes Down (2002), B. Monkey (1998), Shadow Magic (2000) and VH1’s Two of Us (2000) where he portrayed John Lennon.

He has also starred in blockbusters movies, including: The Last of the Mohicans (1992), Mr. Deeds (2002), Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004), The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011), Lincoln (2012).

And has created memorable characters on such popular TV shows as: The Riches (2007), Fringe (2008), Mad Men (2007), The Crown (2016)

Jared is married to Allegra Riggio well-known lighting designer and TV host.

Professional Film and Broadcast Editor, Simon joined the board of RHIFF in May 2017.  Simon has been running the Limerick Film Festival for 8 years, 2017 sees the amalgation of LFF with RHIFF.   With extensive experience in Post-Production workflows and edit suite management. Skilled across multifunctional areas within a professional studio and on-location including Camera, Lighting, Sound, Data Wrangling and Studio vision mixing. A department mentor and trainer in the aspects of post-production with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
